Dear domainer friends,

A horrible thing happened to me the other day: my domain name, HankAlvarez.com expired

I had no idea this happened and I am grateful to the great domainer community members who reached out to inform me - you know who you are.

Others, speculated that I was dead, some made disgraceful comments that it suits me right; after all, I was notorious as "halvarez" and sniped many domains that others had let expire.

Back in the day, some domain owners frantically contacted me to give their domains back. I recall shrugging it all off, telling them that it's a lesson they should learn to appreciate. One guy had a mild stroke after his domain was auctioned off.

But those days are gone. I am a changed man, a good two years after my actions named and shamed me in front of the entire domain community. I am a changed man because I see how much love, appreciation and forgiveness domainers hide inside them. I am truly a blessed man.
